About us

We purchased our first Fjord mare, Elsa, in January '22 and quickly fell in love with her. After figuring out we would be relocated from Greenville, SC to Springfield, MO a few months later... we set out on a farm hunt to start our breeding program. I grew up around horses from the age of 8, while Anthony had no experience with them prior to meeting me. I have competed up to the Training Level in 3-day eventing and have owned a wide variety of horse breeds. I remember seeing a Fjord here and there while at competitions and was always so fascinated by them! Anthony loves that they are easy to handle and have the personality of a giant golden retriever. We truly believe these horses are an extension of our family and have had so much fun building our herd, connecting with people because of them and raising foals. We plan to always stay small in numbers that way we can have more one on one time with each horse before they head off to their new family. I have taken a lot of pride in the 3 foals we have had on the farm thus far and cannot want to see the foals our mares produce with Gio.
